It is not the strongest of the species that survives,
not the most intelligent that survives.
It is the one that is the most adaptable to change

Do you often dream of having a lot of friends? Wouldn't it be great if you could solve work problems with just one phone call? And at a cocktail party, you feel confident and at ease, making new enjoyable connections and having a great time. It would be wonderful if people only spoke of you with a smile, if you were always included on the list of invitations, and if you were appreciated both as a professional and as a delightful conversationalist and a fantastic friend..
It's not just about luck or astrological signs, it's about understanding the science and art of building strong, lasting relationships. Let's work together to create positive connections and reach our goals!
Shaking hands, asking for help, and having friends are qualities that will increasingly appear in a resume for an employer in the future.
The Wall Street Journal published an article explaining why major corporations invest in training their employees in communication skills.
Communication skills are important for a number of reasons. They can help employees effectively communicate with colleagues, customers, and clients, leading to better collaboration, customer satisfaction, and business results. In addition, strong communication skills can help employees better understand and fulfill the expectations of their roles, as well as navigate and resolve conflicts that may arise in the workplace. By investing in training their employees in communication skills, corporations are able to improve the overall effectiveness and efficiency of their operations.
These invisible techniques are what bring you closer to personal and career success, rather than anything else

What lies ahead is a pleasant discovery. By acquiring these skills, you will be given the golden key that unlocks the most important doors and, most importantly, the hearts of people.
Story
how idea was created
1/9
This project was born out of two meetings, two conversations between friends, two strong arguments.
2/9
I met my friend at the Italian café. She is not only a very good person, but also a genius at networking. In the company where she is one of the founders, all contacts, contracts, and friendships happen thanks to her charisma and ability to find common ground and maintain relationships.
3/9
If I were asked about her superpower, I would not call it intelligence or kindness (although she has both in abundance), but what truly sets her apart is her ability to create connections. Between people, ideas, and projects.
4/9
We were discussing the fact that the team in the company may not always understand how to handle its unique property: an assistant has been assigned to help with this, and is supposed to pass on all these skills. However, we had a disagreement about whether it's possible to transfer such a superpower - things like making a good impression and communicating effectively at an instinctive level. Is there a way to teach these things? That's what we were trying to figure out.
5/9
My position is that it is possible and necessary to create such a course. There are basic approaches, techniques, and skills that, if learned, can make anyone, if not a networking star, then at least a more effective communicator, pleasant conversation partner, and just a happier person.

The second meeting took place in a lively Georgian restaurant, where we enjoyed some delicious khachapuri and refreshing apple lemonade. All the previous participants were there, as well as our mutual friend who is currently working in Japan. After chatting about the amazing cuisine and the country's famed hospitality, we eventually moved on to the topic of friendship.
7/9
And then there was the phrase that kept me up at night, thinking. "There are no new friends after 30" - these words sparked resistance within me. "Friends are those with whom you were foolish and young, with whom you had so many stupid moments that you laugh just from the memories. But now - you meet a person, eat and drink together, talk and part ways. No way, you won't new friends after 30."

This formed a mosaic in my head: automation and robotics will take over much of the technical work in the nearest future. The work and life of tomorrow will be directly linked to communication between people, friendship, and cooperation. Being friends will be a job. Not in the sense of earning a living, but in the sense that this is what people will need and find meaning in. And it is these skills that are lagging behind now. The ability to make friends, make a good impression, maintain connections, and seek like-minded of all ages.

The Soft Skills Masters project was born to help you acquire the skills that were once considered talent, but will become an absolute necessity tomorrow: finding new friends and maintaining relationships, creativity, stress resistance and energy balance, empathy and flexibility. It is the first system that reveals you as a person. Gives tools and supports. I believe that this system was missing and I really want us to succeed.
Are you ready?
